The 6-Week Challenge is focused on sustainable change, showing OutFit-ers how they can enjoy a balanced, healthy, happy lifestyle in the Bay of Islands.

We also run a hugely popular Reset Challenge each Feb for the duration of the month that allows us to refocus on our Healthy Habits and goals for the year ahead.
