STRENGTH/CIRCUIT

Exercise specialising in resistance and weight training, focusing on muscle time under tension. A full body workout that will make you feel the burn & build and sculpt those muscles!

BOXFIT

This group class will give you an intense full body blast! Learn boxing techniques in a non-intimidating and fun environment. Never tried boxing before? Well this is the place to give it a go, or improve on current skills. This is a non contact class using focus pads.

YOGA

Yin Yoga a chance to give back to your body and give it the nourishment it needs after your workouts. These Yoga classes are for beginners to advanced. You will feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed during each class.  Your body will love you for it!

Vinyasa Yoga is a flow of dynamic poses linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. Improve your balance and mobility on the mat. Classes suitable for all levels.
