Want to take your training to the next level? Our semi-private sessions are small group (6 clients to one PT) focusing on Strength & Conditioning. These classes are available at 2 great locations;

All Semi-private memberships in both Paihia & Russell include 'Open Gym' access during the following times and sessions are bookable through the GymMaster app for you to have 60mins time for your own independent training! 

Paihia Open Gym Schedule

Mon to Fri  -  12pm to 4pm

(max 6 users at once

use of both the Turf & Strength Space areas)

Russell Open Gym Schedule (exclusive to Outfit North members & Duke Hotel Guests)

Mon/ Wed/ Fri/ Sat/ Sun - 12pm to 5pm  |  Tue/ Thu - 5pm to 7pm

(max 3 Outfit North users at once)
