Alright team - the time has come, the big reveal of the workouts that you will be doing at the Solstice Showdown!! We hope you are excited! Remember to have some fun, enjoy taking part and SEE YOU AT THE SHOWDOWN!

Watch this little introductory video to explain how the day will unfold!!

It will be early doors on the Saturday morning to get you through the safety briefing, get proceedings underway with a mihi and then allow you time to warm-up the body!!

What to do now....

Once you have read through the above info and watched the info videos, let us know if you have any questions by emailing coach@outfitnorth.com

Have a chat with your comp partner and make a plan - Who will go first, what each person's strengths will be on each workout (use this to your advantage!) Discuss whether or not you may need to take a 20sec time penalty to drop down a category in an exercise!

Plan a fun outfit for the day - there will be spot prizes!

On the day you will need:

- A fully charged phone for timer

- Drink bottle and sweat towel 

- A change of clothes/ swimming togs to utilise the awesome Recovery Space and additional Ice-Bath that we have kindly be donated for the day!

- An awesome attitude, willingness to support your fellow competitors and 100% of your effort!!
