MEET THE EXPERTS
Kellie Hageman
Nutritionist
Originally from Auckland and now based in Dunedin, I’m a nutritionist with a background in Sport and Exercise Nutrition and a Master’s in Advanced Nutrition Practice. I work with Inline Nutrition and teach Pilates, combining my love for wellness and movement. I’m passionate about helping women feel confident and balanced in their health journey, without the overwhelm.


Nadine Nel
Women’s Health and Performance Expert
I'm a women's health and fitness coach based in the Bay of Islands, specialising in hormonal health through all life stages. I support peri-menopausal and menopausal women with evidence-based training that builds strength, confidence, and balance.
Clair
Womens Health Physio
Clair is a physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience and a specialist interest in women’s health. She owns Russell Physio and moved to the Bay of Islands five years ago after running Mangawhai Physio in Matakana for over a decade. A mum of three, Clair’s passion for women’s health grew from her own journey. She values a natural, holistic approach and focuses on affordable care that supports each patient’s goals.

WHAT TO BRING
Here’s a quick checklist to help you feel comfy and prepared:

Yoga & Exercise clothes - we will be doing Yoga, Pilates ,and a Strength Workout

Water bottle & sweat towel (if you need)

Journal or notebook (optional but encouraged)

Bring a blanket for the Yin Class
We’ll provide all your kai and make sure you feel supported throughout the day.
